Velocity Frequently asked questions

Velocity will include unlimited support for Core IT Services, Monitoring and Reporting, Support Services, Service Requests and Change management, Backup and Disaster recovery monitoring and reporting, Service Performance metrics, Escalation Procedures, Service continuity, Windows Updates and support for Workstations and Servers. Third-Party Application Support and associated updates. Terms and Conditions Apply. Please Contact us for details.
This Plan excludes, Large works, New Services, Onboarding, Offboarding, commissioning or decommissioning of services and other works where we determine are considered projects and are not covered under this Service Level Agreement.
There is no guarantee under the Velocity SLA. This Plan can include 24/7 Services for an extra cost. Although, We would recommend a Titan or Galatic Plan
Yes, We can provide recovery and its planning on this plan. This would be considered Project Work.
Yes, we provide Services from Private to Public Cloud, including everything from our cloud to Azure, AWS or Google.
