1. Respecting your privacy

This Privacy Policy outlines our personal information management practices. The personal information is that about individuals in connection with our goods or services or an interaction with Many Hat Services online site such as at manyhatservices.com.au, mhits.au, manyhat.group (sites). In this Privacy Policy , ‘we’, ‘I’, ‘our’ and ‘us’ refer to Many Hat Group and its affiliated companies.

Our business functions and activities are those connected with the goods and services we provide. Those goods and services are described at manyhatservices.com.au (Many Hat Group Products).

Customer Supply Information: personal information about individuals involved in an acquisition or supply of our Products. Payment Information: this may be price-related information about transactions or possible transactions; payment details and information in connection with any credit history checks we make as part of our credit assessment processes;

Customer Engagement Programs: we may conduct surveys and customer engagement activities, including preferred customer (loyalty) programs. Online Sites: we collect and hold information, sometimes automatically, as a result of individuals' interaction with our online sites. Some of the information we collect and hold is not personal information, because it is anonymous statistical information.

Recruitment Information: we collect information about applicants for engagement with us. This may include information such as employment history, education, qualifications, income and information from referees;

Business Transfers: we may collect and hold information in connection with business transfers, for example information in data fields held by businesses we are considering acquiring or have acquired.

You generally have the option of not identifying yourself or of using a pseudonym when dealing with us. But not where this is impractical or where the law or a court order provides otherwise

Doing this may help us to analyse and improve our data, identify potential new Many Hat Group product customers and make changes which may improve our Many Hat Group Products.

5. Why do we collect, hold, use and disclose personal information

When we collect, hold and use personal information, we do so primarily for purposes in connection with our normal business and to promote our goods and services.

Marketing: We send customers and potential customers information about our Products which we consider may be of interest to them. We do this by a variety of communication channels, including email, SMS and telephone. We may de-identify personal information. We may do this for use and disclosure of pseudonymous or anonymous data for various data analytics purposes.
